This is a very powerful piece, the viewer is instantly drawn to his cold stare, and the same white/lavender you used for his eye was also used for the moon, lightning and highlights, it's an overall wonderful effect!
This reminds me so much of Wolf's Rain and I love this picture. I love his expression and the weather makes it even better. <3
