By the Light of the Moon by Merystic By the Light of the Moon by Merystic
Playing with some new composition ideas based on value and better palette selection (I hope). Pretty pleased with this! My little star-crossed gryphon Tridec, enjoying the light of a winter moon.

""And by the light of the moon the big baboon was combing his auburn hair."
...And I always wondered, why was his hair all burned?" :o

Couldn't resist, sorry. x) That was a little bit of "The Good Times Are Killing Me" :U

ANYHOO,
This is simply stunning, you are incredibly talented. :) I especially like the texture of the trees.

I really like the warm colors bouncing off the moonlight, it takes true skill to still portray the feel of chilled air with warms! =) It's almost like she/he has a mystical "misty" aura ;)
